Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake on hold due to financial problems
For those folks who don’t know, Mercedes-Benz was preparing a shooting brake version of the CLS four-door coupe but something happened… the financial crisis came and it appears that the German manufacturer put the vehicle on hold.The car was set for a 2011 debut, a year after the unveiling of the new model which will be revealed in 2010. This 1961 Citroen ID 19P was fully restored on a rotisserie in Milan, Italy by Marque specialist MAC Restauri . It was purchased there in 2005 by the current American owner who drove it to Paris to participate in the 50th Anniversary of the DS.
